Samsung statusbar toggle buttons on ZTE Skate

I tried to look on xda forum, but I cant find anything... Anyone knows how to do t replace the atomic toggle buttons, for something with the same design on Samsung mobile phones?

You could just use ice armor 2 and a touchwiz cm7 theme
