I found this on the website of TW Mobile, an upgrade tool for T3(=Skate in TW)

It might be 2.3.5 I guess since the previous lease was packaged into .bin file and it was 2.3.4

This time it is .exe...

I tried to extract it but failed...

This tool needs T3 to boot into FTM Mode...
