I'll remember that framework-res.apk can't be compiled in AOKP as in CM with apktool as I've done.

I'm wondering the same....

Btw I'm still confused which one to flash...

Is there any detailed blog or post

Which gives info about ever setting in AOKP

A few details on what is going to happen today. Will post cm9 first. Then AOKP. Should be able to switch between the two without wiping.

AOKP requires the same partition size as CM9.

Already read that....

Couldn't find it much different from cm other than the weather in status bar and the ugly boot screen

Aside from the boot screen which is..."different", I think it has some under the hud tweaks along with a different settings layout which has more options than cm9. At least this is what I understand.

Yeah some unnecessary things like center the clock on status bar change color etc

If anybody comes across details about the settings please post the link

I'm not thinking that :-P ....

I just thought that somebody would post some advantages over cm

But it backfired I guess

The only advantage of choosing AOKP over CM is that AOKP currently has more customisation options while cm is still fairly stock

If you like customisation then choose AOKP until cm progresses
