How things with openMAX drivers?

Installed the ROM and latest gapps for it.

Works great.

Battery life seems to be stable as well.

The other CM9 ROM seems to be very power draining for some reason (even with Wifi/GPS off - and I don't use Data).

Anyway... I have a question... seems to me the ROM is almost completed - well, at least most of the things in it run great - though except of course videos that essentially aren't accelerated in any fashion (hence FPS drops and unsmooth play occurs).

Any idea on if watching videos might be possible to fix at some point?

I think it was mentioned that we are missing some things apparently for this to work, so was wondering if there's anything on the horizon (so to speak)?

Hi everyone! I wanted to play music louder so i flasher SRS Panel instead DSP Manager but...i found no difference. SO I decided to flash beats audio & xLound but no difference. No boosted volume. It plays even louder before. I saw on youtube that I should check xLoud option in Sound (Settings->Sound) but i found nothing. There is anything which needs to be activated ? How can i play music louder?

SrS is nice but it seems its not working with the last build .it installs fine and takes me to the equalizer while playing a song but it doesn't do smth when i activate and put any settings.

I have a problem with sending files .apk with bluetooth, when I send no choice with bluetooth came on manager (only with apk files) on others (photos txt...) it give's me option to send them with bluetooth, I've tried and astro file manager. any suggestions ... help

I had that before repartitioning my phone and then installing gapps. Make sure you have the right partition layout, the first time TPT-helper downloaded wrong files for me.

because it's not possible to send .apk files with bluetooth

i think that can happen with root explorer or so ;)

I think there should be an option to disable those soft keys.. They mess up the graphical interface with a lot of apps.

With this rom, my phone consumes much more battery than Swedish rom, is it normal?

It consumes me 50% of battery by spleeping for 7 hours:S

    SEE SECOND POST FOR MORE INFO!FLASH ORDER:

    [*]First: you should get the GAPPs and ROM and put them on your SD card

    [*]Now FORMAT SYSTEM <- VERY IMPORTANT

    [*]Then flash the ROM and any patches (if applicable)

    [*]After this wipe data

    [*]Then reboot out of recovery and let it boot into the ROM

    [*]After you let it sit on the launcher for ~ 5 minutes then reboot into recovery again

    [*]Now flash the GAPPs zip

    [*]And reboot out of recovery

    [*]The ROM should boot

    [*]Let it sit on launcher for another 5 minutes to stabilise.

    [*]If you still have problems post on the thread.

Hey everybody, i had some problems on this update: when i'm on docs to go phone reiniciate from nothing, when i use google maps the app have force close after some time always. Another thing it is that whem i'm on a inside menu like sethings and i press back button it shows a descktop image and delays quite a time to go back to main menu. This contrasts to the fastness when you are on the main menu and go back to desktop. Chears!

bluetooth was not working completely on your 10/05/2012 ROM ( like I was not able to pair it with my PC but I was able to transfer file form other phones).

So is it fixed in your latest update (i.e. 29/05/2012 ) ???

Bluetooth works fine here. Never had an issue with connectivity to a PC lately. You don't have to quote the entire post you know :P
