Hi, i ve try thé latest one and got some problème.

After installing the minigapp the search bar widget just disappear,

And got lots of graphic bugs that i ne ver have with old version

Previous version also produced lots of ugly graphic bugs, but not really serious ones!

My biggest problem was that ther were lots of apps which worked faulty.

Don't use mini gapps. Use full gapps.

Where are the graphics bugs?

Downloaded (just chrome on pc), Flashed the rom and up and running, no problems found yet :)... except that Market is not working along and downloading apps etc :<

For those with nonfunctional home keys, reflash gapps via CWR & you should be set.

What do you guys use to download from goo.im?

I tried with their app, it failed 4 times. I'm pretty sure that the download manager is the worst piece of software I've seen in a long time. I have failed downloads from every site.

Than I tried opera mobile and chrome. Both worked without a hitch.

I've tried downloading from goo with stock android browser and Dolphin HD via my Droid X. Firefox, Opera and Chrome via a PC. Regardless of which browser I use or what ROM I am trying to download, goo downloads seem to have a 75% chance of aborting lately. Obviously quite a few others are experiencing this as well.

I'm a regular over at the RootzWiki Droid X forums, I keep an eye around here because my wife's got a Blade. In my humble opinion it might be more efficient for everybody, and the forums would be a lot less cluttered with bewildered oh noes DL doesn't work :S posts if we did a temporary "one mirror rule" aside from the standard goo.im links. This way the devs get their statistics and everybody gets their ROM, enabling them to provide swift feedback. Happy community.

I think we all read the first post, but there's no dl link in it! Last section there also has some formatting problems, like when I forgot to exclude modeco from scriptno... :)

Since his tapatalk is acting up, here are the steps to flash this ROM according to the OP. Just for until tilal fixes it

-First format system

-Flash ROM & applicable patches if any

-Wipe data, then reboot

-Reboot, give it 5 minutes to do its thing

-Go back into CWM & flash gapps (3/17 minigapps recommended)

-Reboot

The reason why the google search bar is missing is because the googlesearch.apk is not included within the mini gapps, you can get google search on 4shared, or you can just install the full gapps that have it included.

u can find a new mini gapps from targetbsp in cm9 thread it has search or take it from xda i have added it there

If you still have problems downloading it, I've set up some mirrors and I uploaded a list of them to pastebin, and then used bit.ly to shorten the URL - in order to be able to provide a hit count (because as far as I remember tilal wanted to know how many users have downloaded his ROM).

So, here is the link: https://bitly.com/HtDw2w (for stats just add + to the end of it). Pastebin also provides a hit count.

Where are the graphics bugs?

Anyone having problems with the compass in gmaps? is not working at all for me.

I'm using the mini gapps, might have something to do with that because the compass works with other apps (gps status and apemap)

So just wondering, are others having the same problem with the full gapps package or with the mini one?

Have had the problem with all coldfusion releases, haven't tried any other ics roms..

Stock browser is WAY smoother with the latest release by the way, go tilal!
