i have bought a dell xcd 28 with android 2.1.please give link for downloading a good custom 2.2 or 2.3 rom.i also have a doubt that is there 2.3 or 2.3 stock roms available for dell xcd 28.please reply i need to upgrade my phone as soon s possible.thank you :)08
