I tried to install another ROM on my Android (ZTE Skate) in which he had done ClockworkMod4.0.1.4-r4-skate. after going through the recovery install the ROM and have it reset screen appears as shown in the image and not give out this constantly restart, and worsen the PC nowdoes not recognize the phone's drivers, you can help me
