extracting apk from phone

sorry if this has been asked before but i have the pro version of titanium backup where on my phone or anywhere would i find the apk so that i can pre-place it into any rom i flash

I promise I have searched but just cant seem to find the answer

the backup apk's from TB get stored on you sdcard in what ever you set the path to be in the settings menu. i think the default is just /sdcard/titaniumbackup

you can also find the user apk's installed on any rooted phone by going to /system/data/app/

note the system apps don't go there. they go in the system partiton (eg. /system/app)
