Moving system app updates back to /system.

Hi I know there is an option in TB but it is pro only. I have Maps.apk in /system/app and com.google.android.apps.maps-1.apk in /data/app. Can I just rename the one in /data to Maps.apk and replace the one in /system? Thanks for any help.

You'd need to do it on a file explorer with root access and make sure the permissions are the same after doing it.

Ok thanks, is it just the apk i need to move there's no other data?

I believe so yeah. I did it before in the past and I only remember moving the APK. I have the premium version of titanium now though to do it the easy way. :D
