Dialling problem

My daughter is trying to access her voice mail on her omc, however when she presses 2 to get into it its like it has not been recognized that she pressed the key. Thought it was an orange problem until I tried it out on my own omc but that worked no problem. Any advice appreciated!

I am on Orange and I have to hold down the number 1?

Sorry, I should have explained better! The dial pad works fine unless she has to use anything where you are asked to press a key to choose an option. So, she can dial 1, but when she tries to choose 2 for listening to messages its like it isn't recognized that she pressed it.

Is it still under warranty? If it is take it back to orange and say that you have a problem and just explain it

Well it seems to have randomly started working again by itself. If I have any further problems or it happens again I will definitely give orange a call. Thank you.
