orange monte carlo

Hi there everyone, Lipsink here,:rolleyes:

I am wondring if anyone can help me with my "orange monte carlo"?:blink: I have recently got this phone unlocked at a cost of £10, however, calls and texts are great, but the internet is not so good? :angry: When I took this phone into the shop they said that the phone would be wiped clean and I could start again, but this did not happen and most of my orange stuff is still on there? Can I change the software on it to make it better?

Any help would be appreciated!!!:D
