Loud headphone recommendations needed.

Just got an Orange Monte Carlo and have tried listening to MP3s on my Sennheiser in ear headphones ( the stock are too crap).

Whilst sound quality is acceptable, I can't get the volume I'm used to with other MP3 players.

Is there an App that boosts volume ( completely new to Android so no idea what's out there on the market and works well) ?

More likely can anybody recommend high quality/ higher output phones than my Senny's?
