CWM 5.0.2.0 not wiping?

I've got a problem with my CWM 5.0.2.0

I've flashed targetbsp cm7 build after doing a full wipe (Data/Cache/Dalvik). As soon as i've entered my pin code, my blade requested me to login on my google account. That's quite strange, since i didn't flash any gapps package. First thing i've checked was the drawer and then "BAM!" it was here (as you can see):

The v3 market was there. So i've rebooted to recovery, done anther full wipe and reflashed targetbsp build. Market was still there, even if i haven't flashed any gapps package.

So, does the 5.0.2.0 recovery installed from Rom Manager have any bug? Otherwise, why the market still appears after a full wipe (targetbsp build doesn't have any Vendor.apk in the zip)?

I *think* cm7 tries to save the gapps from the previous install, you have to go to mounts and storage and format /system. Please correct me if I am wrong ;)

Now I understand... So if i wanna have a fresh and clean install i must format /system before flashing the rom.
