i used dolphin for a while but reverted to stock as i found it smoother and faster.

i'm not keen on opera, didn't find it as user friendly and it goes through a proxy which can make viewing stuff on parts of some region specific sites (like the bbc) difficult

opera mini and next are going through a proxy, opera mobile not, you can choose there if you want that or not ;)

try also boat browser, many people loves it

I'm using Dolphin (that sometimes is slow), but it's the fastest in pinch to zoom. Opera's good but sometimes fails the render of the pages.
