Not much to this one.

Android 4.0, Samsung Galaxy S II, March 10th. Get Kies ready.

Don't expect a massive design overhaul, though. From what we've seen, the update's going to look very similar to Gingerbread.

UPDATE: So it seems Samsung have backtracked on this, blaming it on the Filipino website. Interesting because the announcement was worldwide. Below is the (badly translated) Tweet from Samsung Korea.

Is it Kies only?

The linked information suggests it can also be done FOTA, firmware over the air, though it states it's a large file, so over Wi-Fi would be advisable.

Yes, Samsung state you may have problems if you are using a custom rom.
