Doesn't anyone use Gingerounay 3.0 and 1.3a kernel has this issue?

I got another bug......

Before open camera

After open camera

After reboot

Once I open camera, my phone become lag.

I have tried to set voltage to stock,force close camera and even uninstall it,this issue still there...:(

I have modified my system with V6supercharger and kick ass kernelizer ,but I think that is not the problem because I flashed new T&L(full wipe before install) has this issue too...

Any idea?

EDIT: Also play movie!!Both local and online movie have this issue!!How come..?:(
