Guest manimaluk Posted March 15, 2012 Report Posted March 15, 2012 (edited) Hi I had trouble getting ICS to load on my blade until i made a TPT of my own with TPT Helper. Thought i'd share it. This gives you 20mb cache,220mb system & 216mb free space. My phone is a Gen 1 upgraded to Gen2. All versions of ICS worked with this on my phone. Make sure you have a rom on your sd card first before flashing. FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK ! I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR BRICKED PHONES ! Enjoy. :) http://www.mediafire.com/?4prq55ak7iqbk4p MD5 - d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e Edited March 16, 2012 by manimaluk
Guest Maxsas360 Posted March 15, 2012 Report Posted March 15, 2012 You should provide the MD5 hashes, because a badly downloaded tpt could cause a hard brick. Unbricking is possible, but hard.
Guest manimaluk Posted March 15, 2012 Report Posted March 15, 2012 This is the first time i've done this, how do i provide this ?
Guest Maxsas360 Posted March 15, 2012 Report Posted March 15, 2012 I use this http://code.kliu.org/hashcheck/
Guest manimaluk Posted March 15, 2012 Report Posted March 15, 2012 I've edited my post to include the MD5 Sum.
Guest brookergray Posted March 16, 2012 Report Posted March 16, 2012 Check your title, you got a typo in there.
Guest Maxsas360 Posted March 16, 2012 Report Posted March 16, 2012 Thread name Should be TPT For Blade ICS Compatible

Guest manimaluk Posted March 16, 2012 Report Posted March 16, 2012 I put compatible in the first place, I was told it was wrong, so I changed it to compatable. Now which is it. ? ?
Guest Maxsas360 Posted March 16, 2012 Report Posted March 16, 2012 It's TPT not TFT. It's compatible, not compatable.
Guest manimaluk Posted March 16, 2012 Report Posted March 16, 2012 (edited) Oh hell, of cause it is,sorry, having a blonde moment there ! Lmao. Edited March 16, 2012 by manimaluk
Guest Nikola86BG Posted March 23, 2012 Report Posted March 23, 2012 (edited) I decided to try with other TPT size, but I have a problem. I decided on 165MB system, 2MB cache (got to try it that way first), so I have made using the TPT helper. It did it's magic, but when I tap "Check the image directory", I get No Match for 2 files: appsboot.mbn and partition_zte.mbn. It's an European Blade. Do I need to do something else, or is this normal behavior with custom TPTs? Edited March 23, 2012 by Nikola86BG
Guest shmizan Posted March 23, 2012 Report Posted March 23, 2012 its normal. as long as the app finished (displaying the finished dialog), should be okay.
Guest Nikola86BG Posted March 23, 2012 Report Posted March 23, 2012 Thanks! It's really getting annoying trying to fish it out... And finding the right info can be tricky when you bought used :)
