Hey everyone. This is my port of MIUI for the ZTE Skate. This was made with the MIUI PatchRom. This ROM replaces MIUISkater.

For people who want to know more about MIUI please go to miui.us.

Now onto the details. We are the first ever ARMv6 device to have a full blown MIUI at all let alone MIUI 4. This has been an exclusivity for ARMv7. Until now...

ROM details:

  • MIUI v4 2.6.1
  • Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4
  • 2.6.35 kernel - based if ZTE source
  • ROM sources - https://github.com/MIUIFusionX

    Thanks to:
    • Everyone who helped me with ColdFusion
    • MIUI team - thanks for a great ROM!

I'm guessing you automated the files needed to replace in your cm9 rom? Will it be a case of download latest N1 release and latest cm9 and run patcher?

No. I managed to use the MIUI Patcher source which was released to make a rom for the Skate. It's still fairly rough but it is much more flexible eg. USB mass Storage noew works natively.

Will camera have preview working?

No.

I don't understand why people have asking this. I will make a huge deal when preview starts working on any ICS ROM.

Sorry!

It's fine - I've just answered the question so many times it gets slightly annoying.

Yes. I'm trying gingerbread later as well.

Have yet to try an ics miui from so will when you release this, as for name; MIUIFusion would be cool or MIUIFusion9 to signify cm9 would also pretty good

You said that you were going to work on getting the patch on gingerbread after ics, is there anyway you and xiaoyaoswim could combine forces to create the miui patch for both ics and gingerbread? :)
