I am looking for HUAWEI U8180 IDEOS X1 (Orange Stockholm) unlocking keys, but could not find a free unlocker. Is there any application for this like ZTE Blade to unlock simlock?

Also, I would like to ask if warranty is void after rooting the phone? I read somewhere it voids, and on some forums does not.
