stuck in usb download mode

I dropped my acer liquid metal down the toilet ! After 1 week of drying out , when I switch on or try to boot in recovery mode it gets stuck in usb Download mode. Does anyone know how to get out of this please? Memory card seems intact.

are there evidences that it is fallen in the water? if not, send it back to acer, they will repair it for free under warranty

not really inside are some things which detect water and then they change the color, i don't know the name of these things, but they are there

no there is visible water damage ... guess the phone is fried!
