Best Skype type app ?

What is the best voice call through internet app? i tried Skype but it has the following issues :

1. My handsfree (bluetooth) doesnt work with Skype

2. Cant regulate volume, it doesnt respond to the volume button

3. Connection breaks after few seconds and automatically dials the receiver again only to last again few seconds and repeat the same pattern

Viber works very well . One thing, i cannot make bluetooth handsfree to work with either Viber or Skype ... I have tried two bluetooth handsfree, one provides only audio in Viber, mic is not working, and with the other handsfree neither audio or mic work with Viber. Both handsfree work well with dialer . Any ideas ? Thanks :)
