just wanna know about mobile stuff!

Hello friends! I just started trying roms on my phone. There are somethings which i want to know about. Many questions .

Firstly I would like to know about the mobile itself i.e how much memory do it have like system memory, ram, rom etc.This question is because i dont get it where the rom is installed and than where is the rom manager installed and why is this tpt required and what does it actually partition.

Secondly, I have a corby (samsung) and i just bricked it trying some new customization on it and than just stop it in the middle and now its dead. The thing is can i just re configure it by any means.
