Xml files are text files. Use a text editor.

Unless you mean binary Xml from an apk file. In that case use a computer. Seriously.

I already mentioned this in one of my personal conversation if I remember correctly :-) You must decompile apk using APKMultiTool or APKManager. Search xda for these tools.
