Headset not work propertly. Touchscreen sensitivity.

Hi, I tried my headset JAYS a-JAYS FOUR with microphone. They are working as stereo on my ipod but when i plug them to my Skate I can hear only mono sound and when i press play/pause button i can hear stereo normally. As I read before on google there are two standards Nokia/Android and iPhone/Mac standards. I tried much headphones and no one worked good on skate only genuine ZTE headphones and my old Nokia headphones worked. And when i plugged Nokia and ZTE to ipod same they worked only when i pressed button. iPhone standard is PC standard too because Jays are working on PC well. Is there any way to change pin outs in drivers or anywhere in system?

And as last is there any way to edit touchscreen sensitivity?
