Help locked in boot loop

Well I did that which I wasnt supposed to do. I downloaded the wrong version of the trackball patch. Now my galaxynexus is stuck trying to boot up. I can get it to recovery but when I flashed the last rom, it wiped everything so I don't have a rom to reflash to get me out of this problem. I'm sure this must have happened to someone else. Any ideas on how I can recover from this? Is there any way to transfer a rom over to the nexus even if it is not booted up. some of the old recovery programs had this option. I cannot find it with Clockwork mod.

You could try pushing the files via adb. I'm not sure if your computer will find in in recovery but worth a shot?

Well you can turn on USB-mode in Clockworkmod Recovery
