Would step five work for the crescent? as the files are for the blade ( OSF I).

I have a similar issue in which it won't load properly after the logo and just sits there repeating the second logo from what I assume is from the ROM.

It would probably work if you used the correct files (SFII unlock files or Vivacity unlock files depending on which you have). Method 5 is the last resort though, for your problem you don't need to use it.
