Best Stable Fully Working Custom ROM

I looked at the other thread and there seemed to be a lot of "hero's" posting in there without even attempting to answer the question.

First of all, the phone is not mine, I do not have time to test 1 million different ROM's, I only have enough time to flash the ROM and then test to make sure it flashed okay then give it back to the owner.

The owner needs to have a fully functioning phone, this means zero proximity issues, zero bluetooth issues, etc. They use the phone with their car's bluetooth head unit, etc, so bluetooth is essential.

They are currently using an older version of Tilal's CM7 but Tilal's new version has dead links, therefore this would of been the ideal one to choose, but since i cannot download it i need an alternative.

The phone is currently having "proximity sensor" issues, therefore would prefer a ROM with none.

Can anyone actually answer the above? What is the best ROM for my friend?

Im leaning towards logic mod or atmoic mod, but have no idea which one to choose or any alternatives which are 100% fully functioning with zero issues.

Most stable rom is AtomicMod.

And instead of logicMod I would go with AtomICS which has full Dolby sound like stock rom.

If you just want a good working rom, those are the best options.I am personally running AtomICS right now,and it is first release but stable, with excellent sound quality and battery life.

Here's Tilal's latest version of Cyanogen Mod 7. I believe it's now the 'official' release, acknowledged by the Cyanogen mod team themselves

You might have to try it a few times. The Goo-inside servers aren't completely reliable. But you will eventually get the file downloaded :)

Is it official?

thanks for all the replies, going to go with tilal's new cm7 and if that doesn't work (proximity sensor) then ill go with atomicmod.
