Battery % while off

Hi everyone! I was wondering about if is there any way to know the % of battery charging when the phone is off? I mean that with the phone off, if you plug it, the screen shows you a green bar (the battery) but you can`t know the % of battery charged until it is full. So the question is any way of changing that green bar for a numerical % ??

i know thats not a good explanation and also a horrible engilsh (i'm spanish...)

if you dont understand it i can try to explain it better

haha bit of gcse spanish?

i went to Andalucia aswell last summer. and i agree it was quite cold but my spanish gcse was so crap that i'm not going to try an say this is spanish

We went, malaga, cadiz, vejer de la frontera, antequera and ronda. The bull fights in ronda were amazing

i can remember enough to get by in spain but i was much better at maths/science subjects. hence why i do engineering at uni now.

jaja. claro. android es muy bueno. y esta solo va a poner mejor en el futuro

un problema. Al instalar el archivo zip. Dice así:
