You can download the serbian update from ZTE website.

Another one of the Austrian updates is also there, but these are both old releases (dated to last october).

It's got newer version of android market (not play shop though), google+, google music (in addition to regular android music player), opera mini(!) and some telenor bloat apps included as default.
