Guest NorthernNoel
Ok so I've decided to give this a go. I've never done it before but I'm trying to learn. I've been following this guide: http://www.freeyourandroid.com/guide/porting-android However I've now got to this point: 'Easiest way to replace the kernel is to take a kernel update zip for your device, un-zip it and rename the zImage file to "boot.img-kernel" and copy and replace the file of the same name in your directory.' That's all very well and good but where do I get a kernel update zip from? Am I missing something obvious? Cheers in advance.
