Insufficent internal memory to flash stock rom

Hi guys i'm new here, i just bought MT 2 days ago. yesterday i installed stock 2.3.6, installed the CWM 5.0 (which not allows SD partition so i'm gonna change to 3.0) and installed gingerounay 3.0. Today i wanted to change the rom from gingerounay to T&L, but i can't because of stock 2.3.6 installer. apparently it does not found enough internal memory on the device tough i wiped all data from recovery (factory reset). So how can i flash T&L without the stock rom or fix the installer/phone?

Resolved: I installed the 2.3.3 trough the acer download tool, then flashed the 2.3.6 and now i'm gonna install T&L
