GPS developement

Hi guys. I´m trying to develop an application that use GPS. My objective is: I want to give some points to my app, and the app should draw the points in a map.

I already have the app drawing my moves (gps latitude and longitude) in to google map. The problem is, as you may know, it only works online.

So what i would like to have is your help/advise about some free map sdk or something wish would give me the possibility to draw my movements in a map offline.

I want to use that sdk/app in my own app, so i need one with source code or something :).

If the app could give me the indication of the road/track from 1 point to another it would be great :)
