Can't send email, can't use Orange Backup or Update!

I have a two bar signal, the 'G' is indicated as available. I can access the Internet occassionally, but often get a 'error' message.

When I try to use the Orange Backup, I get a network error. If I try to use the Orange Update I also get a network error.

When I try and send an email it tells me my incoming server is wrong, (yet it works fine for other spv users)

Has anyone else had this sorta trouble? Should I be asking for new phone?

OCS were very helpful. It seems that I lost some settings (probaly as a result of the hard reset or the numerous crashes I have experienced.)

Orange back up still gets a network error, but email is now working.

Upade the phone crashed and then I couldn't get it to power up. I left it for a while and it started when I had it on charge. Now everything works!!!
