no backlight, red exclamation and triangle in recovery mode, unable to charge

the backlight of my acer liquid e isn't working and the cell is also not charging. when i start it it shows acer logo and then battery low logo is shown. in recovery mode it shows me a red triangle and exclamation

pls help
