Best encoding rates for Pocket Divx?

Can anyone who has encoded movies for their Divx player please post the conversion figures that give them the best finished movie.

Mine are 1-pass at 120 kbps for video

18kbits,11,025 Hz, mono

I've stuck to the 110bps video rate, but have to vary the audio rate depending on the movie being converted, usually have to use 16khz, get error otherwise in audio data stream. Has anyone tried 2 pass or any other setting?

If anyone hasn't tried the divx player yet, it is many times better than media player.
