When you do the Clean Installs, do you do full wipes in Recovery before you flash ROM??

Wipe Data/factory reset

Wipe Cache Partition

Wipe Dalvik-Cache in Advanced Options

Also, no harm to do fix permissions in Advanced, although with new ROM this should not be an issue!!

After you do the clean install, does Phone Boot OK, and if it does, when does it start the Boot loop??

And under what circumstances??

Are you restoring some stuff with Titanium, like system data, which is a bad idea!!

All wipes done before flash.

It boots fine after clean install but if I turn the phone straight off then it won't boot up again.

Don't use titanium to back up or restore just manual restore

Hi Anthony....just like yourself, this TMV is my missus's [is that a word!!], so don't have it at the moment.

However, I did all the unlocking, rooting, installing FnC RLS6, etc.

I had to install the TMV version of the ROM, which raverrr/n4y4nrules are kindly supporting fully again!!!

But, I have had absolutely no problems at all, using Fibblesans CWM Recovery 5.0.2.7.....have Nandroid back-upped, restored, flashed new roms, etc. and no probs.

Are your Partitions still Stock, or have you TPT'ed different Partition sizes, anything like that??

When you say manual restore, how do you do that?? is it from Google Servers, or have you backed up stuff locally??

Other than that, I don't know, unless there is some corruption in Internal Memory, which is unlikely??

Maybe some other suggestions from other users soon??

I'm running a older cwm so think ill update that for her

When I say manual restore I meant a full clean install then me downloading her apps manually with no data at all.

I have tpt'd it to get cm7 on it

Sounds very much like a dodgy phone. I`ve done 30-40 ROM changes on my SF2 since Dec 23rd 2012. None of them exibit that problem and all had both caches and the factory data wiped. If it`s happened on more than one ROM then it looks like a fault on the phone, I say replace it asap. Get the original ROM back on and button your lip, send it back and play Mr. Innocent. You`ll feel better for it and should have no trouble with a swap.

Yeah, those TPT's came with Seb's recovery, but I don't think there is/was an issue with that Recovery....I think it was fine......

There is a TPT method to flash a Recovery for whichever recovery you want to whichever phone, SanFran/TMV......

but it only works with Stock Partition!!!!

It is hard to see the Recovery being to blame here, I am inclined to agree with Reider!!

Ok so I flashed stock back onto the phone, booted fine as usual. I then turned the phone of and then back on and stuck on animation. Think I will take it back to orange tomorrow. They should change it if I only bought it in January am I right?

This is what I found on the Orange UK web-site search for "faulty phone".....
