lgcamera problem?

Many times when I'm using the camera it stores 2 pictures in the gallery instead of just 1. They are a copy of each other and if I delete one, sometimes the other one will become faulty (or just very small, like a thumbnail). I don't understand why this happens. Also, the flash works very poor, every picture gets completely white.

Does anyone else have this problems and/or some solutions? It would be appreciated.

PS: I'm using LogicMod, if it has anything to do with it.
