My phone does not detect the USB cable after installing a stock rom

Hello

please help to fix this problem because now i can't change the rom or install any apps or games ...

Note : The usb is new & it work 100%

when i conect the usb from my Pc to my phone It seems to me that it is just Charging !

the phone is ZTE skate 4.3 not monte carlo & not rooted

Do you get the notification saying that a usb has been detected?

i had the same problem but i resolved it by doing the following

download widgetsoid then select to place a widget and scroll until u find widgetsoid switcher(1*1) select that widget then in the menu that pops up scroll down until u find usb storage tick it and press the apply tick u will then be taken to ur home screen and have a new widget with the usb symbol on it and a grey line under it press it once and the grey line will go white and after a few seconds ur phone will link to the computer in usb mass storage mode and press it again to leave mass storage
