Transferring books from phone to kindle?

Hi

Is it possible for me to store books on the microSD card in my ZTE Blade, and transfer them to my Kindle 3 when needed, without having to use a PC?

I was reading about making the phone act as a USB host, would this help? - http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/usb/host.html

Sounds like you are doing it the hard way. Why not just email it to yourself using the @kindle.com address?

Sorry I forgot to mention, I'd like to find out if I can do it this way for when I'm travelling and don't have internet access.

Yep. That makes it harder!

Make sure you test your USB Host before you head out travelling. The only roms I can see that had it implemented were CM7 based and there was an issue that USB On-the-go only worked with 2.6.35.7 kernels and wifi only worked with 2.6.32.9. There were also reports of o-t-g draining the battery quite quickly.

battery drain is fine, I'll have power. Is it possible to put both kernels on the phone and I can choose which one I want to use to be able to use both wifi and USB o-t-g? Before I install 2.6.35.7 for the USB o-t-g, are you sure it's the only kernel with o-t-g?

I'm not 100% sure it's the only one, but, it's the only one that explicitly states it supports otg.

You may get lucky with an ICS rom based on a newer kernel that has it but the dev didn't bother to mention it.

Would you recommend any program in particular to use for installing and switching between two roms on my ZTE blade? (so I can use both wifi and otg)
