Bricked Galaxy S i9000

Hi

I have a bricked Galaxy S i9000, I can reach the "Now Downloading" screen holding Down+Menu+Power but cannot reach the Recovery screen.

Can someone please point me to the guide and files I need for recovering using Odin? I am struggling to find them :(

To get into recovery mode the key comination is:

Volume up + Home(bottom middle key)+ power

Download mode Is:

Volume down + Home + Power.

If you can get download screen you are not bricked. Get a jw4 from from xda and flash it with Odin.
