Accessing backup of data.img from windows

Can I access the data backup made in CWM somehow ? I'd like to copy some apps' settings (Navigon favourites etc.) and put them into my current CFX ROM. I blindly tried daemon tools with no luck.

Have you tried unyaffs? That's a command line tool to extract loop files with this file system.
