I'm not sure if it's a good idea anyway... It really looks like nothing more than a theme, but possibly holds privacy risks.

Looking at the video there clearly has been some deeper framework editing.

i downloaded it, its all in chinese, even copying the en-gb files over and installing gapps and it still doesnt let you change to english

my upload speed isnt very good but i dont see the point, just download a sense 3.0 theme and put it on your rom

If you want to change the language, you have to decompile all apks, rewrite all values and compile it again.

Lots of work to do...
