SD card partition

I'm having a problem with the partition on my SD card so need to re do it but I wanna integrate the existing partition back into to my SD card how do I do that pls

I've tried on computer and it only picks up 12gb of my 16 before and after and I've tried in windows 7 partition app and the partition doesn't show up in there
