Beginner Question: All Custom Roms from Blade works for Libra too?

Hi there,

i am new in this materia, so forgive my beginner question.

Today i got my 2nd phone for work, the ZTE Libra. Now i want to get android 4 on it, can i use every rom that are created for the blade or must i take one for libra?

And by the way: What is the best and fastest Android 4 Custom-Rom for the ZTE Libra?

I found that guide for custom roms here

But the problem is i have a GEN3 Blade, can i use this guide cause i found no GEN3 Guide, only a GEN1 and 2.

I believe the ICS roms are for GEN2 so won't work on your GEN3. Best to ask in the specific rom forum for the developer to give advice on converting the rom to GEN3.
