Guest Chabal Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 Cara, vc comprou isso ai achando q era um blade? e não fez um backup da stock rom antes de trocar? ( ai vc pede né meu! deveria ter se informado oq era o u880 antes de comprar) agora vc tem um belo tijolo para segurar portas. dude, you bought it thinking there was a blade? and not backed up the stock rom before changing? ( Should have been informed what was the U880 before buying) now you have a beautiful brick to hold doors.

Guest DarkCrono Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 Try this http://www.zte.com.cn/cndata/mobile/software/201204/P020120406604233949304.zip From ZTE CN page. Zte One-Click Upgrade tools.
Guest grefor Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 I had a similar problem. When I tried to install the ROM from ZTE the button remained disabled; then I found some instructions saying that I had to disconnect the phone (USB) and reconnect it - then the button became enabled. The ROM (2.2.2) installed fine; I rooted it and erased all the programs I didn't want and am at that point now.
Guest drache.havoc Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 Thank you very much, but this did not work, I think i dont have the ZTE u880 right drivers instaled. I did it: 1 - I install the drivers of this Zip 2 - I run the U880Ê++³-¢+²+¦ñ¥¯.exe 3 - I remove my cell phone batery and plug it in my pc holding the volume button The icon in footer turns green but the button to upgrade still disabled, I think the driver of this zip is not for Windows Seven Sp1 64 Bits Any ideia where i can downlod the correct driver? Thanks! Try this http://www.zte.com.c...04233949304.zip From ZTE CN page. Zte One-Click Upgrade tools.

Guest DarkCrono Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 Try to flash this http://www.romzj.com/resources/zte.html?view=rom&id=1104 , then boot, wait and get back to Recovery again to flash this http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip It's a 2.3.7 ROM for U880 plus Google Apps. After this enter Play Store and download More Locale if Portuguese was not available from default, but I'm affraid that too many options will remain in Chinese or English. You can try this http://www.romzj.com/resources/zte.html?view=rom&id=2298 and this too http://www.romzj.com/resources/zte.html?view=rom&id=2911 with the same gapps package. This is a 2.3.4 ROM http://www.romzj.com/resources/zte.html?view=rom&id=2252 but use this Gapps package instead: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-gb-20110613-signed.zip

Guest DarkCrono Posted May 30, 2012 Report Posted May 30, 2012 There is some way to transform these ROMs .rar into .zip ROMs to install with CWM? I don't know how to convert, but this is a TPT installation: put the .bin file it inside a folder named image or images (I don't remember the right one) on the root of your SD Card. Then turn off your phone and turn it on while pressing menu and volume up at the same time, until some green text pop up on the screen. Wait until the end.
Guest hk300 Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 I tried many different Chin ROMs, but most of them do not have the market. I only found 1-2 Android 2.3 roms
