Guest shmizan Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 don't catch me on the word about this but I remember problems like this with no end on the Blade's 2.2 ROMs. just do yourself a favor and install android 2.3 (it may be necessary to upgrade to Gen 2 if you're not on it already). it seems you like it simple so go for the Swedish Snow

You kept refering to a old Rom thinking it was a newer one. I started this thread because I had troubles with my phone running Swedish Spring, which is quite an old 2.2 ROM, but one that worked perfect on my gf's phone... By the time shmizan replied the first time, I already installed MMHMP with succes, because I'm not the kind of person that asks a question and waits untill somebody spoonfeeds me... I'm somebody that asks a question because I hope other people know the solution, but in the mean time, I search for a solution myself, which was installing MMHMP, the NEWER version of Swedish Spring... Shmizan said to install a newer rom like Swedish Snow as a solution and I asked if there are any advantages of using Swedish Snow instead of MMHMP. I didn't say MMHMP is newer than Swedish Snow, I said it is newer than Swedish Spring, which is the truth... Apparently Swedish Snow is even newer than MMHMP, but it's not because it's newer that it's better *for me*, since MMHMP also solved my problem. I asked about the differences/advantages and all I get is a rude answer from shmizan and some dipshit "who was following the thread" to start kissing shmizan's behind and thinking to make a fool out of "the noob" (but actually making a bigger fool out of himself)... Anyways, apparently this is the way things go over here and I already requested to delete my account and all my posts, including this thread... "do as you want"

I replied with all the attention required, knowing that you might not know everything you need to know. you mixed up the names of the roms and I put them in capital letters to make that clear to you. I told you you were using an older version of a rom that its developement stopped and moved to a newer one (OBVIOUSLY better). after all of this you still did not understand (while I was feeling like I'm writing instructions to a 4 year old) and insisted on using the old ROM. what else can I do? I gave up. BadMan PimpY reply was spot on and it seems you can't handle the truth. I am not mad or something like that. if you're okay now it's cool. but if you go and ask for help and don't listen to what people has to say to you to help you, you shouldn't make any posts anywhere at all
