difference between T-card update and online update??

so strange....i got another online update tool for ZTE Monte Carlo in the same place as the T-card update tool, both under technical support of wwen.zte.com.cn, what;s the difference betweene these two tools :mellow: :mellow: really confused!

T Flash card will erase everything And install update, bit normal update will not erase data.
