Guest RussellS Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 Hi, I've had some strange behaviour today on my G300 and wondered if anyone could shed any light on it. Normally the WiFi & GSM signal strength indicators in the notification bar are green when there is a signal and grey when there isn't any. However, today they were both white and I couldn't get any internet connection on either WiFi or 3g. The funny thing is that they were showing a signal strength of so many bars the same as normal but they were just white instead of green. All the while they were white there was no internet access but SMS and phone calls were working fine so it was just the Internet that was effected. It seems strange that both WiFi and 3g were effected. The last thing I tried was putting the phone into airplane mode and then back to normal and suddenly the indicators were green again and the internet access worked fine. So basically, does anyone know what it means if the indicators are white instead of green.
