Movistar Class/Prime Coffe need help

I need the original rom because i brick the phone and retrieve it with china unicom then flash with cm7 rom recognizes 2G network but not 3G umts 1900 mhz i'm from Argentina and would need the backup nandoid or any rom that supports umts 1900 mhz for blade and that pigfish recognized as gen 2

I found the firmware files CBIN but i dont not how installing them or what software to use
