Mobile network and imei unavailable

Phone is not recognising any sim card i put

i cant search for network

But wifi is working

This all started after i restored nv with the zte flasher

Please what shoul i do

I havee called tmobile but the network isnt locked

When i bought this phone 2weeks ago it was working perfectly
